The pictures are a piece of exhaust pipe from a Hi-Ace van and instead of having it replaced with a new piece of pipe, someone welded it up.
The pipe must have been thin, cracked and had holes. The welding is blob on top of blob.
It would have taken hours to do, they used half a spool of mig welding wire, and it still leaked.
