We used an Ex-Cop XR6 Turbo with over 100,000Km on the clock and did the following modifications:
3½" Split Dump Pipe
5" Stainless Steel Substrate Ballistic Cat
3½" Custom Exhaust
Hi-Flo Tube and Fin Intercooler and Piping
Cold Air Intake and Filter
Heavy Duty Valve Springs
Bigger Injectors
Custom Tune
The car started with 176 rear wheel kw's and left with 276 rear wheel Kw's (371rwhp). The boost is now sitting around 12psi instead of the standard 5psi.
Have a look at the dyno sheet. The results were so far apart we had trouble fitting them on the same page.
Look at the 100 rear wheel kw gain and the huge increase in torque.
